Having lived in the Boise Valley since 1986, I have had the pleasure of living in 3 distinct cities, Mtn. Home, Nampa, &, Boise. Each of these communities and those between them have something special and unique to offer. These experiences have provided a tremendous amount of knowledge of this beautiful valley. I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers, sharing my knowledge and experiences to guide my clients in making the right choices at the right time regarding real estate. My motto of “honest results in real estate” combined with area knowledge allows me to be a great resource in helping my clients make their Real Estate dreams come true!

Dave……the Person

I was lucky enough to have Idaho for my first tour of duty in the Air Force. They moved me to Idaho in 1986 from Venice California. I joined the US Air Force for two reasons, to learn a trade and get an education. I served 9 years as an Aircraft mechanic and went to school at night to achieve a BS in Professional Aeronautics & Aviation Safety. After my service, I moved my family back to Idaho to work at Micron Technology (1995 to 2002) as a Product Marketing Manager. While at Micron I obtain a Master’s in Business Administration. The corporate world provided amazing experiences that I will cherish forever. The experience of these careers has given me a well-rounded wealth of knowledge to use as a Realtor.

I have 3 wonderful adult daughters and several Incredible grandchildren. I live in the Northend of Downtown Boise between the Capital and the foothills and LOVE where I live!
